"To mark 20 years since my debut album 'Small Moments' I've decided to revisit 20 songs from my back catalog. Choosing 20 songs has been more difficult than I expected but with one eye on what I feel fans might want to hear especially in the absence of shows I was planning for this year I've chosen the 20 songs that resonate with me the most at this moment in time; 20 songs I feel I can still fully inhabit and find something new in too at times. The idea is to record them very paired back mainly solo acoustic on my new Frank Tate nylon-string parlour guitar and with sparse electronics to keep things interesting sonically but never break that initmacy of a solo performance." — David Kitt
